Click a part of the bishop to Magic Fill it, drop your own STL / OBJ / 3MF anywhere on the canvas, or hit AI Paint. New to it? Take the quick tour.
Watch how it works, then it's your turn.
Describe the paint job. The AI paints the whole model, then it comes back as editable filament colors — tweak any part and export as usual.
Or copy the look from photos. Front, back, each side — the more angles it can see, the less of the paint job it invents.
AI credits power AI Paint — separate from export credits.

Nothing loaded to paint. If you're looking for a generation you already paid for, it's under Restore.
Paid for a generation you never got?
Your first AI generation is free — paint or create, whichever you use it on. After that it's AI credits. Takes up to 3–4 minutes, then the AI's colors land on the model you loaded — same mesh, so your export stays clean. If what comes back isn't usable you can return it — one return a month, whether or not it cost you a credit.
Credits and finished AI results are kept on our side against the email you paid with — so a crash, a cleared browser or a different computer doesn't lose them.

Describe a model, or build it from photos — one or the other, whichever you've got. The AI generates the shape untextured and ready to paint, so pick your filament colors and export a 3MF as usual. Printing in one color? Skip the painting and export — it prints like any other model.
Or build from photos. Front, back, each side — the more angles it can see, the less it invents.
200k triangles. More detail means crisper paint borders and a heavier model in the editor.
One photo. The AI has to invent the back, the sides, and anything this shot doesn't show.
Your first AI generation is free — paint or create, whichever you use it on. After that a created model is 2 AI credits. Takes up to a few minutes. Generated models come in untextured — Layerpaint cleans them up for printing, then you paint them. If what comes back isn't usable you can return it — one return a month, whether or not it cost you a credit.
One person, face visible, decent light. The likeness — hair, brows, smile, clothing — carries into the sculpt.
The photo is sent to a third-party AI service to sculpt the figure. Layerpaint doesn't keep a copy.
The figure gets built from this concept. The build takes about 2 minutes and lands in the editor ready to paint.
Your first AI generation is free and covers the whole figure — concept and build. After that a concept is 1 credit and the build is 3. The figure arrives unpainted: print it as-is or paint it first.
